The video is encoded from a transport stream (Showed up so late T..T) which is one of the main reasons we were delayed for so long .__. (But also because sleep COUGH*JABO*COUGH <33 is important)
We will be releasing on Saturday night every week from now on.

There isn’t an HD version for Pandora Hearts, all airing are SD, including the 16:9 ones.
The ones that are out that look “HD” are just upscaled.
