    The sound track is bad… it is normal? Compared to the quality i got from the others episodes, it’s really bad.

    Um, most likely not.
    It’s not unbearable, just a decrease in quality of the audio.

    We’re resorted into the normal raws that every other Pandora Hearts Fansubber uses.

    The normal capper is kinda dead.

    I suppose we could reencode the audio, so ph23 will be different.
