Combination between “punished” and “observor” essentially, there isn’t a word for it in English, but since they freaking explained what the term meant, we decided to just use Probate as substitute word.

Please do not put your version of the video on anidb if you were to mux the script in.

so.. where is this ‘Punishment Inspector’ came from? even manga translation is wrong to me.
it’s combined words of ‘observation/survey + disposal/proceeding ‘ + person.. something like that. I think that’s why they said it’s stupid and idiotic cause it has no meaning what so ever..

sorry guys, but we can’t have a patch when we changed the logo. that’s hardsubbed into the video, unlike the softsubbed subtitles. the patch would only change the ass file
