As if PD being fucked and @chibi getting arrested wasn’t enough, my computer died. So, Tegami Bachi will get a MAJOR DELAY this week. I’m waiting for a new computer to arrive – should be here in 3-4 days.

    Best of luck with the new system. You’ll find Win7 to be pretty good. Instead of paying for the AV, try the MS Security Essentials. Pretty good AV for free (much better than the McAfee & Norton crap that comes on them by default).

    Already was using Win7. Also, I don’t really use any AV at all. I just reverse any suspicious programs before use.

    Not my show, has nothing to do with my delays.

    This might end up being a double-release next weekend, or so.

    Baka to test 4 and 5 were planned for Friday or Saturday. Hope they will be released soon.

    AV is waste of resources :> ppl who get viruses and other malicious stuff still will find them :D

    p.s. Zor what you use for encoding? Have tried various stuff etc., gathering info ^^

    dgindex, avisynth (+ various plugins/scripts), nero aac, x264, vdub

    Zor, what about mkvmerge? Do you encode the op/ed with every episode or you just append the already-encoded-and-karaokized op/ed?
    Also, what do you need vdub for? viewing frame number? or there are other things you do with it?

    vdub for making small, ugly workraws for Yuugu and those other weird people who claim to make subtitles for the video. Also for losslesses.

    Yes, I do use mkvmerge. It’s just so trivial that I forgot to mention it.
